About

Zeus Global

A vertically integrated green hydrogen mobility company. Production, refuelling, and fleet supply across two first-mover markets backed by long-dated government policy.

Western Australia coast
Mission

Hydrogen mobility in government-backed markets.

Both Western Australia and Italy are underpinned by long-dated government policy support that locks in demand and de-risks delivery.

In Western Australia, the Federal Government's A$2/kg hydrogen production tax credit is effective from July 2027 for ten years per project, with 10-year duration per project and refundable cash treatment. The 43.5% R&D rebate applies to truck purchases. Heavy transport is a 70,000-truck market in WA alone.

In Italy, the European Commission has approved a €6B aid scheme to support 200,000 tonnes/year of renewable hydrogen production through 2029. AFIR 2030 mandates hydrogen refuelling stations every 200km on TEN-T corridors. The minimum is 1,000 kg/day per station.

Vision

A vertically integrated green hydrogen mobility business across Australia and Italy.

Values

Reliable every time. Cooperative for success. Committed to our mission. Adaptable to change.

Markets

Western Australia and Abruzzo, Italy. Production, refuelling, fleet supply.

Why Now

Five drivers behind our timing.

A$2/kg credit window opens

Australia's A$2/kg hydrogen production tax credit takes effect July 2027 and runs for ten years. First-movers secure the longest credit tail.

EU

EU mandates by 2030

AFIR 2030 requires hydrogen refuelling every 200km on TEN-T corridors across the EU. Non-compliance carries penalties.

Perth site under discussion

The Thomas Street location is under discussions with Perth City Council. Zero competing HRS operators in the Perth market.

17M

Proven truck technology

Quantron platform on MAN chassis. 4M+ km logged in Europe, 14M+ km in China. The vehicles work at scale.

100+

Experienced team from sector majors

Combined 100+ years across energy, transport, and finance. Operating experience drawn from Goldman Sachs, Baker Hughes, Vestas, Schroders, Samsung, and Acwa Power.

Risk Mitigation

De-risked across every dimension.

Hydrogen mobility carries real risks. Each is addressed by structural features of the Zeus business model.

Australia

The Australian opportunity.

70,000 diesel trucks in Western Australia alone are ripe for hydrogen conversion. A first-mover market with strong policy backing and zero hydrogen station competition.

The Problem

  • · Long-haul trucking generates 8% of global CO₂.
  • · Electric trucks lack range for Australian distances.
  • · Limited hydrogen refuelling infrastructure exists today.
  • · First movers will capture the market.

Our Solution

  • Vertically integrated H₂ production plus refuelling.
  • 700km-range hydrogen trucks for Australian roads.
  • First-mover in WA with Perth HRS site secured.
  • Government backing: A$2/kg credit for 10 years.

Italy

The Italian opportunity.

€6B in EU-mandated grants unlocking Italy's green hydrogen transport infrastructure. AFIR 2030 makes infrastructure deployment non-negotiable.

The Problem

  • · Heavy transport generates 25% of EU road CO₂.
  • · Battery-electric trucks and buses fall short for long-haul.
  • · Zero H₂ refuelling stations in Southern Italy today.
  • · AFIR 2030 deadline is non-negotiable. Penalties for non-compliance.

Our Solution

  • 12 t/day green H₂ production at Valle Peligna.
  • TEN-T HRS network serving truckers and TUA Bus fleets.
  • First-mover in Abruzzo with site under contract.
  • EC CfD contracts lock in pricing. €6B EU grant pipeline available.

Business Model

Vertically integrated hydrogen mobility.

The same operating model across both markets: produce green hydrogen, distribute it through our refuelling network, and supply fleet operators with hydrogen trucks.

Produce

Green H₂ via solar and wind-powered electrolysis.

  • Thomas Street is the first HRS — supplied initially by tube trailer change-out
  • 4 t/day plant at Northam or Kwinana (location to be confirmed)
  • 12 t/day capacity at Valle Peligna
  • Initial supply from Coregas/BOC, transitioning to green

Distribute

700-bar dispensing across our refuelling network.

  • Perth Thomas Street confirmed
  • Hazelmere planned in road train area
  • Italian sites aligned with TEN-T corridors
  • Bus depot dispensing aligned with TUA contract

Consume

Supply H₂ trucks to fleet operators.

  • 90-110 tonne road trains for Australian roads
  • 50-tonne FCEV trucks for Italian routes
  • TUA Bus contract in progress
  • Demo CAT Buses in operation
