Green Hydrogen Mobility

Powering the hydrogen mobility revolution.

Zeus Global is a vertically integrated green hydrogen company developing production, refuelling, and fleet supply across Western Australia and Abruzzo, Italy. Two markets. One business model. Both backed by long-dated government policy.

Project Pipeline About Zeus
CEO Statement

Our commitment to the energy transition and green hydrogen.

The global energy landscape is undergoing a profound transformation. As nations, industries, and communities work towards a lower-carbon future, we recognise both the responsibility and opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition.

At Zeus, sustainability is not simply an aspiration. It is a core component of our long-term strategy. We are committed to supporting the transition towards cleaner, more reliable, and more sustainable energy systems while continuing to deliver value for our stakeholders.

Green hydrogen represents one of the most promising pathways to decarbonise sectors that are difficult to electrify, including heavy industry, transport, and export energy markets. We believe hydrogen will play a critical role in enabling global emissions reductions while supporting economic growth, energy security, and industrial development.

Three Key Principles

01

Investing in Innovation

We continue to evaluate and invest in technologies, partnerships, and infrastructure that support the development and deployment of green hydrogen mobility solutions. Through innovation and collaboration, we accelerate the commercial viability and scalability of hydrogen projects.

02

Supporting Sustainable Growth

We are committed to developing opportunities that create long-term environmental, social, and economic value. Our approach prioritises responsible resource management, emissions reduction, and the creation of skilled employment opportunities within the communities where we operate.

03

Working Together for a Net-Zero Future

The energy transition requires collaboration across governments, industry, investors, and communities. We are committed to working with stakeholders to help build the infrastructure, supply chains, and policy frameworks necessary to support a thriving hydrogen economy.

While the transition to a low-carbon future presents challenges, it also presents unprecedented opportunities. By embracing innovation, maintaining a long-term perspective, and acting responsibly, we deliver cleaner energy solutions that benefit both current and future generations.

We remain focused on contributing to a sustainable energy future and are proud to play our part in advancing the development of green hydrogen as a cornerstone of the global energy transition.

Dual Opportunity

Production and mobility. Two platforms, one integrated model.

In Western Australia, the Federal A$2/kg hydrogen production credit takes effect July 2027 and runs for ten years. The 43.5% R&D rebate covers eligible truck costs.

The Thomas Street location is under discussions with Perth City Council, and is at the pre-engineering and design stage, with no competing HRS operators in the Perth market.

In Italy, the European Commission has approved €6B in grants for renewable hydrogen production. AFIR 2030 mandates H₂ stations every 200km on TEN-T corridors. Our Valle Peligna site in Abruzzo is under contract, 2km from the A25 highway.

Business Model

Produce. Distribute. Consume.

Vertical integration across the hydrogen mobility value chain lets us deliver mandated infrastructure faster, secure offtake earlier, and capture margin at every stage.

The initial Perth Station will be supplied with hydrogen produced from the local markets. As our first plant comes online this will transition to green hydrogen. This allows the initial zero-emissions vehicles to be used as demonstration vehicles displacing 130-tonne road trains.

01

Produce

Green hydrogen from solar and wind-powered electrolysis. 4 tonnes/day plant at Northam or Kwinana. 12 tonnes/day at Valle Peligna in Italy. Scaled production at Arrowsmith.

02

Distribute

Hydrogen refuelling stations with 700-bar dispensing. Perth Thomas Street confirmed. Hazelmere planned. Italian sites aligned with TEN-T corridors and TUA bus depot dispensing.

03

Consume

Supply hydrogen trucks to fleet operators. 90-110 tonne road trains for Australian roads, 700km range. 50-tonne FCEV trucks for Italian routes. Quantron partnership built on MAN platform.

04

Export

Arrowsmith Export targets up to 248 t/day for Asia-Pacific markets from 2034, equivalent to roughly 1,200 t/day of green ammonia.

Current and planned projects.

Perth Thomas Street HRS
Refuelling · Perth, WA

Perth — Thomas Street HRS

First inner-city hydrogen station in Perth. 700-bar dispensing for cars and trucks. Initial engineering complete, vendor selection completed, and cost models derived. Targeting signing of site lease agreement by October 2026.

Valle Peligna, Italy
Production & Mobility · Abruzzo, Italy

Valle Peligna, Italy

12 t/day green hydrogen production from 45MW solar plus 72MW wind. Adjacent to hard-to-abate industry. 2km from the A25 highway. Initial 30 buses for TUA.
